Wow!  What a fun-filled Saturday.  We started our day with soccer where Cooper got the MVP award from his coach!  He came so close to making two goals today!  We even had some special guests in attendance at the game...Aunt Dean Annie, Preston, and Papa John.

After nap, the boys got their Halloween costumes on and headed to the Louisville Zoo for the annual "World's Largest Halloween Party"!  They all did GREAT and had a wonderful time.  It was a fun evening and great weather.

Fall Festivities

Fall is definitely here!  We have had a full schedule ever since Labor Day.  We made our trip North to Illinois to visit the Stock family for the annual Morton Pumpkin Festival.  Unfortunately, it rained most of the weekend, but we had a great time visiting with friends and playing in the mud!  We survived the "wind storm" from Hurricane Ike.  The boys enjoyed an extended vacation in Mayfield with Mim and Pop!

At the end of September, Cooper started soccer on Saturday mornings.  He is very much enjoying this little activity.  He made a goal in his second game, and has been on cloud nine ever since then!  We have had our annual pumpkin painting activity (pictures are posted in the album) and I joined Cooper's class on their fall field trip to the farm.  We had a wonderful morning with a great hayride and a visit to the pumpkin patch.
